Types of massage we provide:

Swedish Massage – Generally relaxing with use of long slow strokes, kneading, with the intent of increasing circulation of blood flow towards the heart.

Deep Tissue Massage/Trigger Point Therapy- Deeper pressure is applied to muscles to release tension from the deep layers of muscles.  Using precise techniques, trigger point therapy focuses on specific  areas releasing knots and tension from muscles.

Sports Massage – Stretching combined with focused deep tissue treatment with the intention of alleviating fatigue and muscle soreness as part of treating active lifestyles.

Lymphatic Drainage Therapy – Gentle strokes applied to move the Lymph toward the heart in an effort to facilitate the natural drainage of infection.  Also useful in reducing edema.

Prenatal/Pregnancy Massage- Similar to Swedish massage with the focus on making sure the patient is comfortable and relaxed at all times.  Special consideration will be taken for each individual keeping in mind what stage of pregnancy they are in.
