Chiropractic Adjustments- Chiropractic adjusting is used to release restricted joints of the spine.  We use a wide range of chiropractic techniques including Gonstead, Flexion Distraction, Thompson Drop and Activator.

Extremity Adjustments- Adjustments can also help to provide relief to your hands, wrists, elbows, shoulders, feet, toes, knees, ankles and hips.

Acupuncture Therapy- An ancient Chinese medical treatment which involves inserting small, thin painless needles into different parts of the body to help with infertility issues, headaches, insomnia, allergies, weight loss, smoking cessation and pain.

McKenzie Method Treatments- McKenzie therapy is a specifically designed therapy for herniated or bulging discs in the lower back and neck areas. Dr. Reynolds is among the few chiropractors who have training in this therapy.

Soft Tissue/Myofascial Release- Soft Tissue Release is used when a muscle is overly tight, painful, or not functioning properly. We use numerous techniques to help stretch and lengthening these tissues ultimately reducing pain. Dr. Reynolds has extensive training in both Graston Technique (GT) and Active Release Technique (ART).

Individualized Custom Foot Orthotics-  We offer fully customable foot orthtoics from Foot Levelers.  Individually designed orthotics can help bring long term relief of plantar fasciitis, ankle/knee/hip pain, sports injuries, headaches and low back/neck pain.

Kinesotaping- When applied over a stretched muscle, kinesiotape lifts the skin, accelerating blood flow to increase the amount of oxygen to the muscles, reducing fatigue. A very powerful treatment for athletes.

Nutritional Counseling- We offer Advocare supplements and educate our patients in the proper way to eat and lose weight.
